Please Be Safe - Night Time Running Recommendation

I just heard of a runner narrowly avoiding being hit by a car while running at night. The car was not able to see them.

Please be safe out there guys! I run with a light so that I'm 100% sure cars can see me. I always wear my light at night - sometimes a car doesn't see me at first, but there have been times when this has helped me.

I've been using the ALOVECO Outdoor Night Running Lights LED Chest Light for the past three years, and it happened to be on sale at the moment. I figured I'd share in case this could help somebody.
